Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

• You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return.

Eligibility:

• The canvas must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

1. Email with your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for approval—we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and a return address based on your location.
3. Securely pack the item and ship it using our label.
4. We’ll email you once it’s received.
   Note: Unapproved returns won’t be accepted—always get confirmation first.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Report: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Process: We’ll provide a prepaid label (no cost to you). Using your own carrier? We can’t cover those fees.
• Resolution: After inspection, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

• We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your canvas for a refund, then order anew at https://cfjersey.store.

Refund Policy

Quick, No-Fee Refunds

• Timeframe: Refunds process within 3 business days of receiving your return.
• Method: Issued to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal):
  • We’ll email you to confirm refund details after receipt.
  • Reply to finalize—no extra hassle.
• Amount: Full refund for the item(s), including original shipping if you return everything. No fees apply.
• Delays: Bank/processor times may add 5–10 days. No refund after 10 days? Contact support@cfjersey.store.

Shipping Fees

Our flat-rate shipping fees cover all costs, no matter how many items you order:

• Vietnam: $3.95 USD
• United States: $9.99 USD
• International: $19.99 USD

Transit Times

Transit Times vary by location and do not include the 1-3 business day processing time:

• Vietnam: 1-3 business days
• United States: 7-12 business days
• International: 20-25 business days

Note: Due to current global circumstances, shipping may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days. We appreciate your understanding, as these are estimated times and delays can occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.

Accurate Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your order or result in it being returned to us. If we cannot verify your address, we may cancel the order to avoid complications.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to update tracking information. If no details appear, it means your package is still being processed by the carrier. Tracking updates will populate once it’s scanned into their system.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@cfjersey.store, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address Policy

We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you request a carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
