Refunds for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your canvas artwork arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ve got you covered:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team.
- We may request digital photos to assess the issue.
- You have 30 days from receipt to return the item for a refund or replacement.
- We’ll cover return shipping costs using our designated carrier. (Note: We cannot reimburse shipping fees if you use an unauthorized service.)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-10 business days. The payment will be credited to the original account used for the purchase. If you don’t see the refund after this period, please check with your bank first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Additional Refund Information
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will only cover the cost of the item(s) unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods), in which case shipping costs will also be refunded.
