Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking info) to request a return.
  • Eligibility:
    • The canvas must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Return:
    1. Email support@cfjersey.store with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Await approval—we’ll send a prepaid shipping label (at no cost to you) and the appropriate return address based on your location.
    3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
    4. We’ll confirm receipt via email once it arrives.
  • Note: Do not send items back without approval—unapproved returns may not be processed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
  • Process:
    • Send us digital photos of the issue.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label via our designated carrier (we cover the cost).
    • Using an unauthorized carrier? We can’t reimburse those shipping fees.
  • Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different canvas, return the original for a refund and place a new order at cfjersey.store.

Refund Policy

Fast and Fee-Free Refunds

  • Timeframe: If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the item back at our facility.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe or Paypal) via an email request process:
    1. After we confirm receipt of your return, we’ll email you to verify refund details.
    2. Reply to the email to confirm—no extra steps needed.
  • Cost: There are no refund fees—you get back exactly what you paid for the returned item(s).
  • Full Order Returns: If you return everything in your order, we’ll refund the total amount, including original shipping costs (if applicable).
  • Note: Bank or payment processor delays may add 5-10 days—contact support@cfjersey.store if you don’t see your refund after 10 days.
