Returns Policy

• You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return.

Eligibility:

• The canvas must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

2. Wait for approval—we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and a return address based on your location.
3. Securely pack the item and ship it using our label.
4. We’ll email you once it’s received.
   Note: Unapproved returns won’t be accepted—always get confirmation first.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Report: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Process: We’ll provide a prepaid label (no cost to you). Using your own carrier? We can’t cover those fees.
• Resolution: After inspection, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

• We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your canvas for a refund, then order anew at https://cfjersey.store.

• Timeframe: Refunds process within 3 business days of receiving your return.

• Amount: Full refund for the item(s), including original shipping if you return everything. No fees apply.

Transit Times

Transit Times vary by location and do not include the 1-3 business day processing time:

• Vietnam: 1-3 business days
• United States: 7-12 business days
• International: 20-25 business days

Accurate Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your order or result in it being returned to us. If we cannot verify your address, we may cancel the order to avoid complications.

Order Tracking
