We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cfjersey. If you are not happy with your order shipped within the United States, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returns and refunds for our U.S. customers.

1. Time Frame for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to your U.S. address to initiate a return.

  • After 30 days, the order is considered accepted, and unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and potential refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product Condition:

    • Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

    • Minor issues like easily fixable redundant threads are generally acceptable, but items must be free from significant defects unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

  • Reason for Return (Eligible for Refund/Exchange):

    • Product arrives damaged or shattered.

    • Product design, size, or material significantly differs from the ordered item or original description.

    • Incorrect product received.

    • Defective item (due to manufacturing fault).

Please note: Returns due to ordering the wrong size or changing your mind may be accepted for exchange or store credit at our discretion, but may be subject to different conditions regarding return shipping costs (see section 5).

3. Proof Required for Returns/Refunds

To process your return or refund request, we require proof:

  • Proof of purchase (Order number or confirmation email).

  • Shipping label/receipt (if applicable).

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, incorrect item).

  • Email screenshots from us (if relevant to the issue).

4. Steps for Requesting a Return/Refund (U.S. Orders)

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@cfjersey.store within the 30-day timeframe. Include your U.S. order number, a clear description of the issue, and the required proof (photos/videos).

  2. Await Authorization: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions and, if approved, a return authorization and the specific U.S. return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the specific U.S. return address provided by our support teamDo NOT return items to the registered business address listed on our website unless specifically instructed.

5. Return Shipping Address & Costs (U.S. Returns)

  • Return Address: The specific address for returning items within the U.S. will be provided by our support team upon authorization. You MUST use the U.S. address provided in the return authorization.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect item shipped), Cfjersey will typically cover the reasonable cost of standard U.S. return shipping, or provide a prepaid shipping label where possible. Please discuss this with support during the authorization process.

    • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind), you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

    • Original shipping costs ($4.99) are non-refundable.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable U.S. shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected at the designated U.S. return facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer).

7. Exchanges

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size (subject to availability and policy conditions), please contact support@cfjersey.store for specific instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Time Frame: Orders can potentially be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this, the order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation Fee: If cancellation is possible and requested after processing has begun but before shipping, a cancellation fee (e.g., 10% of the total order value, subject to confirmation) may apply to cover processing costs.

  • How to Cancel: Contact support@cfjersey.store immediately with your order number to request cancellation.

9. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to orders shipped to and returned from addresses within the United States.

  • The policy is effective for 30 days post-delivery. Beyond this, no reimbursement is available.

  • We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring during return shipping initiated by the customer.

  • Contact the Support Team in advance for authorization; we are not liable for unqualified or unauthorized returns.
